You'll receive ONE project that encapsulates all the rationale and insights needed to understand the universe and true potential of your brand. This isn't about receiving multiple designs to choose from - it's about avoiding a decision based solely on aesthetics. Remember, you're hiring me to understand your brand's proposition and history, fostering a humanized connection that helps your business thrive.

How soon will I receive the final project and materials?

Upon agreement, I'll set and present project timelines. Some aspects of my work depend on your responses or material submissions, so slight variations may occur. Please review the options again, as deadlines are clearly outlined there.

Will I receive the printed materials?

Accepted Answer

No, I only deliver finalized projects as digital files for you to send to the printer of your choice. My focus is on the creation and delivery of digital assets.

Will I be able to create other items on my own?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive tools like Canva to create future items using the brand assets we develop for you. But remember that, as liberating as this sounds, it can lead to a reduction in your brand recognition if not done in the right way.

If that's how you prefer to handle things, we want you to have the freedom to create your own design materials. But we also believe that in order to be "brand independent" and maintain the coherence of your brand, you must have a solid foundation and an understanding of how to maintain the consistency of your look in the long term. We'll talk more about this in the next question.

How can I be consistent with my brand?

Consistency is key to building a strong brand identity. People recognize your company not just by the logo, but also by consistent use of colors, fonts, tone of voice, and imagery style. With so many options available, like free Canva templates, it's easy to lose sight of the strategic foundation behind your visuals.
